Q : What are your trading hours?
A : 7.30 til 12pm Mon Tues Thurs Fri Sat. Closed Wed and Sun unless other arrangements are made.  

Q : What are your rates? 
A : $12  per day (you supply food)  $15 per day (food supplied)

Q : What are drop off and pick up times? 
By appointment only. Please ring 0419 957 662 

Q. What do I need to bring with me besides the cat?
A:  Any toys and bedding that your cat likes. 

Q. What does KoolforKatz provide for my cat?
A:  We provide a clean and happy environment for your family pet while you are away.

Q : Are your facilities secure?
A : All doors are closed when enclosures are cleaned or opened for any reason.   

Q : Do we need a vaccination certificate?
A : Yes. A current vaccination certificate must be viewed when you bring your cat.   

Q : What happens if the cat is unwell?
A : You need to supply us with and emergency number of a friend or veterinarian otherwise the cat will be taken to our local
vet at your expense (all care possible is taken)

Q : What is the location of the cattery?
A : 29 Princes Hwy Gerringong, NSW. Just out of the Kiama bends on the left hand side. 

Q. What about fleas on cats. Should they be pre-treated?
A. Your cat should be currently treated for fleas and other parasites, such as intestinal worms. 

Q. Does each cat have their own run area?
A. The cattery has 3 play areas so the cats can spend their time bird watching and lazing in the sun.

Q. Can we bring toys for the cats?
A. Yes. Whatever your cat enjoys.

Q. Do you pick up and deliver?
A. Yes. We do offer a service (at extra cost)

Q. Does KoolforKatz do extended stays for my cat?
A. Yes we do. Long term special rates apply.
